The photo in one is what is being shipped. This is the CX128 front brake caliper piston only also used for cadet rear brake.
Please note there are three varieties of this item. It is a replacement item for the piston shown in the 4th photo of a brake caliper.  If in doubt please ask our tech support to guide you.
