I bought this outlet at the Reno, Nevada Habitat for Humanity.
It appears to be in good working order, perhaps never installed.
The front panel button triggers the switched outlet relay on and off,
and holding the button in triggers the LED to flash red (setup mode?)
I do not have any other Z-Wave gear, so have no way to test it for real.
